is twitch still a strong adc to pick ?
I was thinking of trying to get good with him because not a lot of people play twitch and I like to be the od one out xD

im not so sure i only see him getting played like once or twice a month its probably because of the tank meta(well not really because most players will get a ghostblade and a whisper) .i used to main him untill i met vayne ,i find her laning phase alot easier then twitches idk maybe i just play her to much now. I guess you should play him since not maybe ppl play him much(from what i seen) and some ppl might forget his counters lel
It's tough because in my experience the support doesnt realize that if you pop your stealth out of vision that you want them to engage with you. Not enough people play him to know how to synergize with him in soloq.
If you can survive his early game, he is a very solid ADC. His stealth is game breaking.
Twitch is easily one of the worst ADC's atm. His damage output is tragically low. That said..anything can be played in gold and below....

Twitch is in a very weird spot at the moment. He's heavily item dependent and gets a huge powerspike at 2-3 items. If he falls behind, hes extremely weak. His early game isnt great. Its really his mid-late game and teamfighting ability (with ult) thats decent.
If you can farm well and get at least 
+ 
before teamfights break out, you'll be fine. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend him if you were looking for a "freelo" adc. Theres alot of better picks like Jinx.
