Why cant I view matches?

Since TFT has come out, my friends and I have been enamored with it. For the most part, I have no complaints. I'm new to auto-chess in general so the game is a refreshing change of pace while still allowing me to recognize key parts of the game, like the characters and their "ults". The few complaints I do have about the game (namely the item RNG), seem to be on their way to being fixed, as shown in the recent Dev note. However, there were a couple things that weren't mentioned in the Dev note that really frustrated me, which brings me to the main point of this post. There was nothing about adding a way to view previous games/ongoing games.

Tonight I won my first TFT game on my own. I was really happy and proud obviously but what put an immediate damper on my spirits was I couldn't view the game. Not only did the post-game screen not appear (something that happens to me frequently) but it also does not appear in my match history. In the same vein, being able to view my friends matches while waiting for them to finish is something that I feel would help elevate the hype of the game but, that too, isn't supported by the client.

On one hand, I would hope that these changes would be something expected, self-evident even. On the other, its generally a bad idea to assume things. Can anyone tell me if they're experiencing similar situations/frustrations or if they've heard anything about adding replays/viewings?
