Stuck in a game TFT

So im stuck in a game of TFT rn. We chose our champions normally but after picking phase every players hero was invisible and wasn't able to attack. We are stuck in Stage 2-2. No one is losing hp. Nothing is happening. Im attaching a screenshot.

had the same happen to me, you can press esc and choose to surrender, so you can get out of the game
