Can we please have total mute and mute all emotes?

Look, I know most people are going to just hate me for this or tell me to stop playing the game. I don't know why emotes and chat are so important to be imposed on people. But I have SEVERE anxiety. Video games normally help tone it down, and this game does too if I don't have to deal with people. When people spam emotes after winning or tell you some rude comment just because some build you're trying doesn't work, it builds up.

If we don't get this, I am getting into the code and making myself a program that just filters that shit out. I just don't want to spend the weeks to do that if it can be a simple checkbox.

P.S. I'm sorry my mode of playing sucks for those of you who like to spam emotes or are rude in chat.

I agree that they need to add muting-- however, until then, you can still type the "/mute" commands into the chat. "/mute all" is a nice one, along with "/pingmute all". I'm sure the other is probably "/emotemute all", but I'm not sure. As always, you can replace "all" with a specific player's username. :P

Maybe if we had an actual scoreboard where we could mute this shit it wouldn't be an issue

I don't mind someone doing a dab on me after winning around. I really mind someone spamming ???? and its global and I can't mute it other than reading their name and typing the specific command in chat.
