Can we nerf akali and ashe?

Ashe with buff ranger and akali onshoot everyone, recovering mana faster than pyke.

I am seeing this combination all games, I could do too. But is boring, idk.

should we nerf RFC+IE+Guinsoo Zed too than? Since he just 1shots your entire team with 2k damage autoattacks from 10miles away.
