Suggestion for a new TFT feature

So I have been enjoying TFT like so many other fellow players but have also found it more infuriating than actual league. Why? Because the RNG aspect you cannot control where as in normal League you may be able to get a pick or ward better. The "deck size" in TFT is currently at 451 at the time of this post (41 champions, requiring 9 cards to make a tier 3 and no longer receive those cards). This is a MONUMENTAL deck size and without a "discard" pile you sometimes get the same cards over and over and over and it just feels like a waste to re-roll sometimes.

My idea since TFT is trying to stick to League game play and to sort of alleviate some of the RNG add a "ban bar"m(kind of like the one where you put champs you may want on your board later) somewhere on the board where you can drag a champion in your hand to the bar and you will not receive that champions card for "x" number of rounds or indefinitely if you wanna pay a hefty price (maybe like 5x the cards gold value). I feel like this would help alleviate some RNG and make it more bearable. Let me know what you guys think.

I have to disagree with this, because at that point, you might as well allow everyone to receive the champion cards they want. As someone who could use the Ban Bar most would have the advantage over majority. Also if you could do this, it could be abused by the top player, and the champion cards you want may be more likely to show up than for others all across the board. So if you want to see mostly champion cards you want, I suggest a vote on whether Riot makes a "Preset" TFT mode where players can choose the items and cards they prefer prior to match searching, so when the match starts, they already receive cards they want, even if it's at least 1 card of the other options to draw from. This way the Ban Bar is not needed, and everyone shares the same experience without unfair or unnecessary options to specific players.
