Has anyone ever got a tier 3 5 cost unit?

If someone says yes and they don't provide a screenshot they are probably lying.

Happen to me one time during the initial launch. 3 star Yasuo just destroys everyone without problem.

When it first came out had a tier 3 Kayle. Never again have I gotten more than two level 3 shards.

I got a tier 3 Evelyn once. That's the only one I can remember, but it definitely happened. I still got second place that game, the last guy had a couple dragons claws that were hard for her to deal with.

I've never seen anyone get one. The closest I've seen is 7 copies.

Never seen higher than 2 star. I've seen someone manage double 2 star, so 6 copies, but basically at that point there's 4 or less people and if anyone sees that unit and buys it the pool is getting reduced. There's a total of 10 of each tier 5 units, so you only need 2 copies to prevent a 3 star. Essentially means that if your opponents are competent, its never going to happen.

I feel like the only way you could possibly make it happen is having 3 copies of Neeko's help or something ridiculous. Because getting 6/10 existing pieces is doable in rare circumstances, but getting 9/10 when the odds of getting the right one means rolling 10% for a tier 5 unit, then rolling the right 1/7 unit which is reduced by the fact you have multiple copies of it.

I had a tier 3 Kayle once, that was before even Twisted Fate was introduced though. There are way more units now, so I think it's very unlikely to get one nowadays.
