Mission impossible???

I have a mission that says "Reach level 6 by the second Shared Draft (Round 11)." The problem is, I've done that 3 times now, and it won't recognize I've actually completed it. I had the same problem on PBE. Does anyone else have this problem, or should I report a bug?
