Walk down this trip with me. You are Riot, a multi-millionaire, probably billionaire company. You are releasing your FIRST new ip since LoL, you had a MONTH to prepare for release, you even went as far as to release it dark with no set time! and yet STILL two days later we have 30-45 minute queues. People with negative punishments literally wait less to play a LoL match. Un-fucking-real. You guys are either incompetent as fuck, or you are trying to save money and don't care. Best part is that they literally have years of experience with such things and still everytime they release something new something is heavily fucked upon release xd

The que times are fixed? I can understand why it'd be upsetting but I don't think a on-release que time is that outrageous. They probably just didn't expect the servers to react the way they did in response to an unplanned high-volume of players.

Also plenty of older and much more powerful companies have the same issue RIOT is when they release new games.

So have you ever played any other game at release that has a server?

NcSoft one of the older MMO companies when AION came out for about a month+ there was 1hr wait time on 20+ servers
