37 LP for a win, is that on the lower side?

I get 35lp for getting 1st place and lose 60lp for getting place. Rito wants to demote a lot of players so this is normal.

Nope, that's pretty normal!

I thought 10-15 was low.... dude anything over 15 is high pal. Listen to old Moldy Voldymort. He knows best.

I'm getting the same, but lose some insane ammount of points for losing. Recently got -20 for 5th place. It's like a cruel joke.

The more people that populate the ranked ladder the harder it is to squeeze up to the top. Think of it like a very acute triangle. At iron/bronze you'll get more LP per win/less per loss especially with higher ranked players in. The system is made to make iron the highest population though often it'll still be bronze, and make each tier up have less population. At the start it was easy to gain ranks because the population was smaller, and most players were the same rank. In the early days grandmasters/masters had not filled up yet so even Diamond had an "exit" so there was constant room to move up. Now and until the reset(assuming it will) expect it to be harder and harder to move up. Once it does reset I hope it is a pure reset. The reason being how unstable this "beta" has been and how easy it was to climb in the early days of TFT based on the factors listed above.
