I'd suggest that rng with items only be with how many items drop during npc rounds and what those item components are, BUT however many items that drop is universal across all players no matter what so long as they defeat the npc challenge. There really is no logical reason that some people should get items and others don't. It would only make the game more fun for everyone if everyones getting some. How they decide to combine suites the roll of rng in this decidely rng game.

So i feel like it can be difficult to overcome the rng for acquiring the lvl 2 and 3 units. Particularly for strategies focusing around brawlers/glacial. I think there should be a bit more money in the game so we can refresh/re-roll more often and/or add more health so that there are more rounds/levels and therefor more levels to stretch drop rates across. This should also be helpful when it comes time to add more units because that will naturally upset drop rates themselves. If this was done it might be necessary to increase the amount it costs to level slightly as well.
