Game Breaking Bug : You can prevent the game from proceeding for everyone else

Discovered on EUNE as usual (cause douchebags galore). When selecting initial champs, try to move in such a way that you body block everyone else, and attempt to prevent them from selecting their champs. This might not serve any effect initially (except , maybe pissing off others) , however in-game everything goes bonkers.

At this point people start quitting, and the last man standing wins it. But, did I mention this was fking EUNE? Nobody quits. So we are all stuck here waiting to be the last guy who gets victory by default, cursing each other and telling them to leave.
