PBE Signup Error?

I have honor 3 on my account but every time i get past the honor check, and making the username and password; it says "something went wrong please reload the page" and I can't figure out fort he life of me what is going wrong and why thousands of other people get to sit in the hours long q's and I can't. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Servers are very overloaded at the moment with people flooding to play the new gamemode, give it a little time i'm having the same problem
