A bit too much RNG on getting items.

I've gotten 0 items on the 3 minion waves, and on fight number 1 go against a Rage/BT vayne. What can I even do?

I suggest either make everyone get the same amount of items (the items being random is enough RNG already). OR at least give gold on potential item drops that don't give items. If I'm 4 items behind but have 8 extra gold, I would at least have a fighting chance.
