PBE queue error

I've been in queue for over 4 hours, when I'm finally at the front to get in..... It just says an "Error has occurred, Contact Riot Games if this problem persists" and forces me to re-log and lose my line in queue....

So after 4 hours it did the same thing I am here from 1 pm and now is 10 pm thx riot you fuckers I hope I get banned because I dont want to be a part of this . just waisted 9 hours In front of my pc so I can play the new game mode , I am playing from season 1 this is the 20's account and never had a queue that big .

After waiting till now about 12-13 hours I finally got in and I got 1 B error nice .
