TFT - How Do you Want to Get to Destination Fucked?

Unfortunately the longer this game is out, despite the additions to the game its there remain the same rinse and repeat that all lead to Destination Fucked.

1. Forced Metas - No matter the changes, no matter the buffs/nerfs one or two metas are the only ones that are really viable. You would think more content would lead to more variances in meta but youd be thinking wrong.

2. Item drops remain an issue - No matter the changes to NPCs you can get free wins or hard fucked based on item drops. End of game some people are sitting on 8 or more completed items while some may be sitting on 3 and mainly thanks to the 1 1/2 - 2 items they've salvaged from the carousel.

3. Introduction of new champs has made the chances of getting fucked by randomness a real issue. With the introduction of the Hextech class and champions the game has more champions to pull from and another class to attempt to build. From what I have observed and maybe its just me but there appears to be a predominate, lets call it the prescribed build path, that appears throughout a game. Now if you guess the prescribed build path wrong you can get hard fucked in a hurry sitting on a bunch of random shit and taking way to long to complete even two star champs let alone a 2/3 champ grouping. And hopefully the prescribed path isnt a bunch of random 2/3 champ groupings cause then you are really fucked trying to identify that. Speaking of which during beta having a few random 2/3 champ groupings wasnt that bad and was actually a win condition. Now with more and more 6 champ groupings taking that route will put you on a path to destination fucked.

That being said if the prescribed build path isnt anything resembling the current meta, it doesnt matter if you guess right or not, you are on your way to a long drawn out pray to god 3rd-4th place finish. If you are unfortunate enough to not get drops and blessed with those gold drops early and dont see any items you well on your way to destination fucked.

4. Hextech - Riot seems to be bringing the same lets introduce the latest content in the most broken fashion to TFT as it does to new champ releases to Summoners Rift. I know! Lets introduce a class that targets and completely wipes out your items for 8 seconds! We're not going to make it random where itll target some random champ and if they or those around them have items great if not well shit happens better luck next round. 2 tier 1/2 champions can completely negate a tier 4 carry/tank/sorceror or any other high tier champ you have invested alot into for 8 seconds. Sounds legit! Better space your team out then and watch those isolated carries take a trip to destination fucked.
