guys where is tft i have eune acc and there they said it will be today at pm. But on NA it isnt and they said AM.

It's 4:24 AM in New York and 10:24 AM in central Europe. Meaning it will probably get released somewhere within the next 9 hours in NA, and somewhere between 2 and 22 hours in EUW/EUNE, depending on which time zone they are referencing.
The exact times are intentionally kept vague to lessen the load on the servers and to allow delaying the release in regions where necessary.
