Are item drops reduced??

So many games in a row I've been getting very little. Went the full first 3 PVE rounds without a single item... All gold. So i Econ'ed. Hit level 8 before everyone, they were all level 6. First roll and i get 4 tier one champs. Thanks RNG.

Anyway, are item drops greatly reduced? I'm consistently approaching endgame with only 3 completed items. Last patch i would always have far more.

Items are what's fun and dynamic, Riot. Make em rain!
