Urf the Manatee as a little legend?

Hey guys! I was doing some brainstorming and I thought of something that could be big. Why doesn't Riot make a little legend based on Urf the Manatee? If that happens, he'll finally get an actual release, not just an April fool's joke. What do you guys think? :)

Maybe a set of Urf, Poros, and then maybe like the old Baron or a jungle mob from the old map? Could be a special nostalgia set
