Random TFT balance ideas I have.

Champions-

Poppy: Gains Noble Origin Aatrox: Slightly less mana to proc spell, slightly less damage and gains a heal per unit hit. Katarina: slighty increased attack speed or blademaster class

Origins-

Pirate: can no longer give 0 Gold Noble: due to adding Poppy to Noble List, in case player decides to opt out of kayle or leona, I would slightly lessen the armor granted by the Noble Bonus.

Items-

[Removed] Sword of the Divine is removed [Added] Runaans Hurricane now build out of BF Sword and Recurve Bow [Added] Iceborn Gauntlet: wearer becomes a Brawler, builds out of Spatula and Negatron Cloak

Item equip cap is now limited to 2
