Players below honor level 2 should NOT receive any beta rewards

If someone has done anything that got them banned and their honor level dropped to either 1 or 0, just like they don't receive any chests or keys for League of Legends, they shouldn't get ANY sort of reward on TFT. Right now they are able to get beta points and get rewards just like everyone else. If we are to win the war against toxicity, stripping these sort of players of EVERYTHING should be top priority. I don't know why Riot decided to include them on the reward system in the first place.
