Hextech and the new patch

Hello. Im a player from the Singaporean server and i have some issues and opinion with the new patch that brings new champion (hextechs).Jinx Camille Vi Jayce

note : im not from an english speaking country and sorry for the bad english.

What I think this new patch bring isnt a good counter to items by hextech. But just a big buff and addition to the other classes (mainly gunslinger and blademaster). And the game became more stale because with the hextech-gunslinger-blademaster it counters alot of the meta before this (ex Demon Bear and Hypercarry AurelionSol /Lulu ).

The gunslinger-blademaster+hextech counters every comp (except noble prob its still broken) that was creative and risky in the last patch. They will just destroy the frontline main tank with ridiculous attack speed before the hypercarry items comes back up, and there is nothing to predicted it unlike Blitzcrank and Assasins, the randomness is too strong and its no fun.

Ive been playing alot in the last few months and tried many different classes and combos which is why i love this game. But recently everyone just pick gunslinger-blademaster+hextech that makes my hypercarry frontline or backline useless (and its random which is very-very frustating). **Ninja, assasin, brawler, demon, sorcerer, that i have played in the past now just doesnt look like a first place comp. **

Aren't gunslinger-blademaster already broken last patch? Why add Camille ? Blademaster doesnt need more champ since you can make one with item 3153 . And its highly rewarding and a very high risk to make 9 blademaster. I understand Jinx is necessary because** theres no high cost great carry Gunslinger** (MissFortune is just to topped 6 gunslinger). Vi and Jayce is okay because they makes completed 6 brawlers and 6 shapeshifters more threatening.

I hope that riot nerfed hextech debuff and probably reworked it so its not random/ just effecting one unit instead the hex. Also rpc not that useful now because everyone has been making item 3153 to complete their 6/9 Blademaster + Gunslinger

And thats all. I hope for the best on this game in the future.

Totally agree. New champs and their abilities are ruining all balance. No matter what you do, they crush your main carry in seconds. Played only 3 times since latest patch, and that was enough for me to lose all interest in game. Hextechs are imbalanced. Devs said that Hex will give more variative gameplay, if fact they ruined it. Don't wanna play TFT until rebalance of Hextechs. You got 2-3 golden champs with 3 items - blah, two stars hextechs without any items will kill them easy. 9.16 worst patch for now, my opinion.

yup,it pretty much makes gunsliingers and blademaster into gods. Just had game where I had 6blademaster with 4 gunslinger, and destroyed the competition. Took me a bit to build and I was down to 6 life, but the second I got jinx I won my way to victory. In reality I dont think it is that strong, just jinx and draven or too strong if they ramp up.
