TFT avatars loot??!

What happens if you get the same avatar from the loot more than once? where does it go? I thought it'd be in the loot section but the "little legend" section is empty. I got the same avatars more than once and feel like i just wasted my money.

Can't we reroll those ones that were already collected or turn them into blue essence, or something??
