[Bug] Carousel pick bug/combining units/lost items bug

This is a repeatable process for a bug.

If you have say, 2 Kha'zix on your waiting board, and you grab a Kha'zix with an item from the carousel/draft section of a match, they will properly combine when you return to your board, but the item will completely disappear/be gone.

I've done this twice in one match, and I imagine it's easily repeatable by following steps above.
