Not worth spending a ton of gold or ruining your eco to reroll a bunch. if it's not there in the first two rolls just quit and level. The only time to break the bank on rerolls is in dire situations on the brink of death and you need your prayer answered. Not worth it otherwise.
I don't think you realize...but getting 3 star champions and getting interest are diametrically opposing strategies. With interest you should never attempt 3 stars because of how it messes with both your interest as well as your backline options as you Transition. Interest wins with 2 star expensive units and combos. 3 games ago I trolled myself, I was miles ahead and had 60 gold and 8 vaynes...so I wasted 60 gold trying to get the 9th. Rip.
