Phantom is Just Plain Cheese
It almost guarantees the team at least one kill, granting an insane advantage just for having 2 "phantoms" on the team.

Yes, but to get that bonus you have to pick some champs that are really not that strong. I have tried phantom and seen others use it and I have rarely seen it pay off. Other champs and combos are so much stronger that the phantom bonus isnt as good as what it takes to get it.
