Can someone keep this simple, and don't answer if you don't know. Please. I Will continually Edit out Questions that have been answered.

  1. What % is the "cursed blade" "Low chance to shrink"
  2. Ionic Spark, does this apply to all enemy champions who cast a spell period, or just spells used Against the item Wearer??
  3. Hush, What is the chance of this silence % just says 'high chance'?
  4. Sword Breaker, What does this actually do? The "chance to disarm"? meaning like remove an item or remove that champions weapon making them useless or what?
  5. Red Buff item says attacks deal 2.5% Burn Damage. Is the 2.5% based of My max hp or enemy max hp or what?

Thanks for all your help. I wish Riot Would Give more details. Some facts like this matter to players and im too dumb to figure it out. I would hate guessing. Building items properly is a large key in winning TFT.

  1. Cursed Blade: Attacks have a 20% chance to Reduce enemy's star level by 1.
  2. ** Ionic Spark**: Whenever an enemy casts a spell, they take 200 damage. I think as long as that person is alive and on the field, then **any **spell cast by an enemy procs it. Note that Graves, Kassadin, and Vayne have no mana so I don't think it's possible for them to proc this item's effect.
  3. Hush: Attacks have a 30% chance to Silence.
  4. Sword Breaker: Attacks have a 20% chance to disarm. A disarmed champion cannot make any basic attacks.
  5. Red Buff: Attacks deal 2.5% of the target's maximum health (i.e. enemy's health, not yours).

1.) I have no idea, I don't think I've ever seen it work. I guess it'd make a 2 star into 1 star for that battle. 2.) No clue. 3.) It's like 1 second but it can just be repeatedly stacked to make it permanent. 4.) Exactly what it says, disarm. Never seen that work either. 5.) Over time, I.E the damage ticks like it does in the real game if you auto someone while red-buffed. 6.) That champion doesn't count against how many you have in the field, essentially freeing up space in your lineup for an extra champion.

Pretty sure disarm prevents the champion from auto attacking for a while.
