Locket stacking or item stacking in general

I don't think items should stack. Especially lockets. 3 lockets with sorcerers buff makes them almost unkillable. The made it so sorcerers buff doesn't help yasuos shield why should that be any different? Items stacking shouldn't be in the game. Just like double sogen on pike. They nurfed pike for that. I think they should just take out item stacking.
