Yes let's gut one of the very few okay tanks left. Tanks are supposed to survive, that's their identity.

If Mundo uses his ult and it's hitting like.. three people? He's probably not going to die. Especially if you have items on him, despite having a healing debuff on him. And I mean that'd be whatever if he was also like.. not hurting people at the same time.

Wouldn't it be a shame if there was an item that reduced healing... item 3123

A good example of just how badly thought out set 2 is. Without Grievous - very good With Grievous - terrible

There is no middle ground. Likewise light received a massive buff so are now super powerful with 6 but against a morello singed? Really poor

hmm that is kind of his entire identity

The main issue is that GW is absurd. As soon as redbuff/morello gets involved, mundo turns from broken to utterly usless. 80% is a way to extreme value that makes proper balanceing for healing focused champs impossible.

He's really quite broken that way, there comes a point of when Mundo doesn't stop healing. And at that point he's nearly impossible to kill even with an entire team. He is the definition of broken. And what's sad is there are a ton of juggernauts that do that very same thing, they start out a little tanky, and by level 18 they can't be stopped, it's like hitting a brick wall. Nasus is another one, and what's sad is they could cap them, but they didn't. They purposely made them scale endlessly to ensure that they're broken.
