What champions are good without comping into them?

So far, I'd think the following would be good without a comp Blitzcrank Pyke Lulu Shen Varus Veigar Brand Chogath Draven Kindred Sejuani Kayle Yasuo

With items alone or not, these champs are generally high value alone. You guys think anyone else deserves the mantle?

shen and blitzcrank i'm not sold on..Veigar as well, as much as i enjoy the guy on my team without having that sorcerer comp or yordles i don't see why you would ever take him on his on

Asol, Draven, Brand, Pyke and Lulu imo are the only ones that can be splashed into almost anything and can win so long as you can toss some items on them

My list would be something like this, but it depends on what point in the game you are talking too. Lulu Lulu is quite good early/mid, but is pretty bad late game by herself.

Blitzcrank Blitzcrank (for cheese against idiots... aka people not watching) Draven Draven (just needs a front line and a couple items) Chogath Cho'Gath (giant ball of stats with a very good CC ability) Brand Brand (damage damage) Akali Akali (if you have the open slot, she can easily pull her weight) Yasuo Yasuo (duh... hasagi!) Pyke Pyke (kinda overtuned... not as bad as before, but still kinda bonkers)

To some extent, a lot of mythic/legendary units can just be thrown in as a replacement to something you have just because they are bigger and stronger than what you have, and pull a decent amount of weight for it.

Pyke, sej, cho, gnar, kennen, yasuo can generally fit into any comp

Hard agree on Sej. She is a monster with glacial, but honestly just her ult is worth running her.

Also ye Kennen is a very good anti-assassin with just PD and stick him as their primary target. He will wipe the entire enemy assassin comp 1v9.
