TFT Broken Shojin

Just went in a match where a player was lucky enough to get TWO spear of shojin on a pyke which meant line stuns on my whole team every 2 autos. like wtf is that. Why isn't the spear of shojin like a unique passive. Literally no one was able to beat that combo.
