After i killing my opponent lot of time one of my opponent calling me to die and keep calling me a chicken when my champ is not even a chicken. Should lol ban this guy from calling me to die? because it could be dangerous and it's just a game .

Yeah let's not exaggerate here. It can't be dangerous. And no, i do not accept that behavior.
There is an extremely simple solution for this problem. Mute them. Simple and really effective. Do not let bad behavior get to you. Mute emotes, mute players that are too toxic. Some people are bad at losing and do not realise that LoL is nothing more than a game. They take it serious. Now if u wanna be the better person here, ignoring them is the very best thing you can do.
Mute is worthless as it isnt permanent. Just going to hear it all again the next game.
