Singed

This champion has been causing erratic unintended gameplay from day one and you have done nothing to fix it. I love watching my well placed ranged units not attack or use spells as they walk slowly into the enemy back line "chasing" a singed. This is trash. It is even more RNG than TFT already is. Will singed break my units? That should never be a question. I love the idea. I often love all of your ideas and the art direction and story. You show time and time again deep failings at the programing side and it is deeply upsetting.
