Really fun getting auto killed by any level of veigar because the other player is mindlessly throwing cursed blades on their champs

Is it more dumb than just Cursed Blade (shrink ray) by itself?

because Veigar will do 75% of your life with his ult without any items at all and with some AP items will one shot you regardless of Cursed Blade.
