Please help me.. someone

Since my ticket has not been answered i would really like to know why this has been happening to me. I queued up 25 hours ago for this game mode. Waited 4 hours, just for the bug fix to go through, then proceeded to have a 6 hour queue. Then this bug happened. I tried again. 6 more hours, bug again. I reset my computer, made sure all my information was correct, did it again, left it over night for 6 hours. Bug again, queued up again 4 hours later, i get the bug again. What the hell is going on, this isnt fair, that others are just able to get in. Please someone help, how do i fix this.
