Possbile bug in TFT??

So this person had several maxed champions and almost a full board of champions by round 5-6 And I asked him how did he get soo many and how did he has soo many upgraded. And he told me that he was able to put a champ out every so round onto the field... Can this please be fixed?

It's a bug with Force of Nature. It happened earlier today, I was going to make a post about it when I woke up from my nap, but Scarra already made a video about it, so I don't think I need to.
