Pyke's spell needs to be changed

Cross-map dash that deals damage AND stuns is just way too strong for a champion with a 100 mana cost. Get him two mana items and see him dash cross-map every two basic attacks. He can't be left this way or he'll be an obligatory pick in every single winning team comp.

Its good for memes, but pirates are garbage in general, even stated as such by riot and intentionally so.

Darius can do more work with the same items, and is a t1.
