PBE Queuing problem and ways to solve it?

Seriously, everyone is suffering from stupid queue times. IDK about you but i am currently at a 22 hours queue. And a lot of people are staying afk so other people can't play TFT. This is stupid. Rito you need to do something! More people should get to play tft :( So the way i think they can solve it a little bit is to:

  1. For a long time we needed more PBE servers. Even just 1 server will half the queue time, or split it to Europe and NA?
  2. Restart the pbe server so AFKers will get kicked out.
  3. Let people choose what time they can get into the server, like a reservation to play. So when you get your "reservation" you can login around that time and skip the queue. That way some people that can't play will get to play for some time.

Just imagine how many days we'll have to wait just to login for the normal league of legends... at least there we have servers so it wont be horrible [sg-lulu]

To my knowledge, the wait time isn't waiting for spots to open up, but a queue of process. What I mean is it is the order in which players are processed to log in. So people who leave the client open are not causing the long queue times.
