Team figt tacticts item drop rate

Since tft came out in euw and even before on the PBE server in total i've played at the very minimum like 50 games and in the majority of my games i've gotten the worst RNG humanly posible from the creep rounds and jungle camps.What is the purpose of the dragon again? I swear i've never gotten an item from it as far as i remember.The way i see it you should make it so that every one gets the same ammount of items or at the very least make a bare minimum item drop ammount i don't mind the card rng but when i go vs someone with 2 rage blades and a BT on vayne on the second round while i'm over here with my mana tear i can't help but to slam my keyboard.
