Units that I'm hunting that no one else has? I get none. Units that other people are hunting that I have several of??? They get a 3* of it. Units that I do not want that do not fit my comp that other people already have several of? I get three at a time. You really just don't know what's going on in your game huh.
You may be correct. I see a lot of people here claiming to have observed this or that about the "pool", but a lot of it sounds like they're just finding coincidental patterns and assuming they mean something. Especially since they often "observe" mutually exclusive things.
I've been looking around for an official statement by Riot that there's such a pool, but I haven't seen one so far. The closest thing to proof I've seen is someone claiming that a loading screen specifically said the shop champs are all from a single pool. But I didn't notice such a load screen text, myself.
