Dreams Achieved, is a newly founded high elo E-sports team, that is looking to add a one or two new promising players to the team.
Firstly, let me go into detail about my role on the team, since I have no direct impact in any of the teams matches. My name is Kevin, or SMOR3S, and I have been given the opportunity to manage this amazing team of gamers, in hopes to propel them where they need to be in the E-sports scene. I have a long history of competitive gaming my self, playing Counter Strike, Quake, and COD professional on some top teams like Area 51, Element, Loaded, Banditos, SnA, H2O and J4F. My role on some of these teams was not just being an asset to the teams roster, but helping with more of the backend and things that a lot of players either don’t understand, or feel a teams needs to progress as a brandable/marketable team. Being a manager of Dreams Achieved means I will be helping with:
1.) Scheduling/Organizing of Practice Times, and Tournaments 2.) Public relations/Marketing. Bringing opportunities to the team like endorsement deals (Sponsors), and investments to fund tournaments. 3.) Branding. A brandable team is more likely to market better than one that is not. My role here is to make sure that we have a logo, and an up to date website, with all the newest information about the team. 4.) Contracts, and legalities. I don’t have a masters in law school, but my role here is to make sure that every contract we are presented, from every endorsement opportunity is carefully read, and or (notarized). “This is a huge flaw with a lot of up and coming teams without proper management.” 5.) Further tournament booking/scheduling. Whenever there are promising opportunities to showcase the team's potential, whether it be online, or LAN. My job here is to ensure the team takes up these opportunities, to progress both the teams potential, and market value.
With all of that being said, let’s now get into a more transcendent concern.

Team Requirements: I won’t go into detailed logistics of what the team needs in terms of a quality player, but some minor requirements are: 1.) Good communication, in game awareness, and any further aspects that apply to a beneficial player. We are looking for someone who is progressive, and not always reactionary. 2.) Flexible schedule 3.) Willing to contribute to not only the teams success as a league team, but the success as a future company 4.) 15+ (Age isn’t a huge concern, but an open minded, mature person is.) 5.) Teamspeak/Skype/Curse 6.) Open minded, listens to the team, coaches, analysts, and manager.
