Looking For NORMALS Friends

I am looking for people to play with that are not ranked. I am level 25. I carry games when I get lucky with about a 20/5/5 ratio on average on good games. People under level 15 are good for me to carry for sure. I prefer lower levels for that reason. People around 20-30 I may be able to carry, or just be equal. I may feed a little bit if I get unlucky, but mostly not. I don't want to play with a feeder. You need at least an equal ratio in kills and deaths most of the time, and be a nice person to play with. I play top, so you can't be a top laner. I can solo dragon at level 4-5 and baron at level 15-16. I am good at split pushing to get out of a loss as well, since I use ravenous hydra with high damage. Reply if you can play normals and are not a top laner and want someone to play with. Skype call possible, but not needed.
