LF: Guild Manager and/or subs for ranked 5s team

So I do have a team, but what I would like is someone who could help me (hopefully has experience with this type of thing) make/set up a clan/guild site. Would like to make this site to recruit new members, as well as a portal to post important information/ important dates (that sort of thing). Even if this is not something you would like to keep up with, would be great for someone to kind of help me set it up at least, that would be great.

As far as subs go, would like subs who main 2 roles, and are proficient at 3-5 champs. We are only Silver players mostly (and only looking for silver-low gold), but we do play on improving as a team, and hopefully at a community.
