Looking to make a ranked 5's team for rewards! Plat+ ONLY please

Hello there me and a friend looking to make a team for rewards we are a duo botlane. We will be using skype so please have that. We will need top/mid/jungle roles. We play whenever we have 5 on. We are looking for chill and decent players no ragers please. If we have good synergy might be able to just make this long term if everyone wants.
