Established team looking for top laner and subs

We have played together a decent amount and most of us were plat or diamond at some point but were silver in flex right now. I myself was diamond 4 in season 3 and recently came back and the rest of our team was plat last season. 2 of our players play on smurfs so they can flex que with us but we currently are in need of a strong top laner. When try outs were run we never really had a strong top try out. We are also looking for subs and players for our second team. You must be able to be on week days 6:00 Est maybe 6:30 is when practice starts and ends when ever. Weekend schedule is not set yet. We plan on playing in tournaments and are a very vocal team with intense map awareness and warding. Most of the team has had high diamond team experience we expect our top to be able to hold their own against plats and diamonds not 100% win at least hold their own. If you are interested have a smurf or main with no higher than gold in flex que and meet on my stream at twitch.tv/neonkarambit at 6:00 EST or later if you would like to try out then. I am also a sponsored streamer myself (neonkarambit) and most likely will get the team sponsored too. If you have any questions feel free to comment below.
