Diamond 5 Mid/top and Plat 5 ADC/Sup looking for a semi serious team.

Me and a friend have been playing with a ranked team of IRL friends but that has broken apart and we are looking to get into a somewhat serious team. We've been spamming soloq lately seeing how high we can climb, and I recently just reached diamond while he's still grinding back to where he was last season (Plat 3).

I play both mid and top lane about equally though I much enjoy mid, with my go to champions being Azir, Xerath, Ezreal, though I am open to practice anyone and do so to match the Meta quite often.
