Silver 1 looking for partner / team / duo / whatever climbing ranked

I always posted looking for people climbing the ranked with me since Silver 4 until I got Silver 1. Some guys added me and played just 1 -2 matches, then delete me .... maybe I'm not good enough, I don't know
