Plat 2 almost Plat 1 support LF a team

Hello, my IGN is GeneralPwnFace, and I'm a support LF a team that wants to improve and maybe play some tournaments. I work well with a team since I've been to countless LAN party tournaments and online ones as well. My main goal is to improve and (possibly) become one of the best supports in the region. Almost all of the supports I play in ranked have at least a 50% or above win rate, and if need be I can teach team members some mechanics, rotations, shot calls or game theories.
