Dam-Good Support LF Dedicated Ranked 5s Team

This is going to be a very long post - but I want to choose my next team carefully, and I'd also like for you to understand where I'm coming from.

So. First. If your interested in me, don't message this account. Its a smurf. Please message BM AF. I'm not posting on my main so certain people don't see my post . However, because of how things are working out, it may be time for me to move on.

What im looking for:

A serious ranked 5s team that wants to be LONGTERM ( TO ME, longterm is from now to the end - gaming house and all. ) -A team with a set schedule for practice - I'd prefer at least 4 practices a week, maybe 4-5 hours each. -Somewhat of a staff - this can be as little as having / looking for a coach and analyst -Solid Players - both mechanically and decision making. -Dedicated Players - people that have the time to commit to the game, and the desire to get better to win.

About me :

Age: 18 Availability: I'm on all the time now, but once school starts I'll be on around 4pm est - 12am or so on weekdays, and all the time on friday - sunday. I don't play any sporst, or have much homework. So, i'm pretty free. Communication : I can get any type of comm - idc. I prefer ts, or curse. But, its whatever.
Soloque: Gold 1 - Gold 4 ( i don't like soloque at all. its boring, and people suck at my elo.)

Other stuff: -I'm currently on a very serious 5s team. I've been here for 6 months. However, because of current circumstances, I think its time to move on. With our current adc getting burnt out, our mid laner under - performing, I don't see us going far any time soon.
-HOWEVER - i hate dumbasses that judge by elo. Unless your master 1 +, elo means very little. As a bot lane, me and my plat adc ( we hate soloque ) won lane litterally every game. We crushed plats, beat diamonds, and the only game we played a master tier bot lane we won. -Why is this? As a player, i work my ass off. Every game, i set goals for myself to improve on. This leads to extrmley fast spikes in my skill on champions, and vasy improvement overall in myself as a player. -I take criticism very well, and don't rage.

My strengths : Lane phase Making plays in team fights Bot lane game knowledge Map awarness Timing ( i can time every summoner, and ult called out during the game. Though, i'd rather only have to do the important ults - no one really gives a shit if diana has no ult for 25 seconds.) Motivation to improve - going above and beyond what other players are willing to do Positive, and take criticism well

Weaknesses: I'm terrible at shotcalling. After lane phase, I don't talk nearly as much.
Sometimes too aggressive during lanephase Haven't had the care to get past gold in soloque (Though i do fine, and still make plays at high elo) I take time to get used to teams Very straight-up about criticizing players. I don't do it often, but if my adc is constantly doing stupid shit, eventually I'm going to tell him, but when I do, its not going to be sugar-coated.

My champs MAINS :

1. Nami. My main. I've played well over 600 games on her.
2. Thresh
3. Leona - I'm very aggresive here, and am very good at knowing when to go in. OTHERS: Braum , Janna, Morgana, Karma, blitz, sona

Working on : ali, lulu, zyra

My Mindset: I really, really hate counter picking. I don't think it matters at all until your LCS. I don't ever care what the other bot lane plays. I'll play my mains, and kick their ass. Also, fuck meta. I respect meta, and get its meta for a reason. But, I like my champs, and kick meta champ's ass with them . I'm tired of players saying shit like " o go nautilus! he did so good in the lcs. He's so strong right now. " Yea. Can't remember the last time a nautilus out impacted my nami. I just play my champs, and outplay my opponents. Plus, i LOVE playing high elo players. If we get in game with a master bot lane, im excited. I'm ready to beat this ass, and have some fun playing them. I'm not scared, or going to play safe or different. I'm going to enjoy the challenge, and bring their ass down.

So. I need a new team. One thats dedicated, and full of strong players like myself. When i first joined my old team, all the players were better than me. I hated that. So, i did everything possible to be a better player. I played 10+ soloque games a day, watched all kinds of videos, and spent 6 hours making flashcards in order to memorize the cooldowns of every single champion ability in the game. Within 2 weeks, instead of being the player that was carried, I started being the support that made huge plays. Now, 6 months later, The bot lane became our team's strong point, and our support ( me ) became our biggest playmaker. I made huge catches, strong plays in lane, and turned the tide of entire team fights. However, we've stopped being able to climb because of team issues, and my motivation to improve is slipping. Our owner is stressed out, and our mid lane is worthless. And, no one is willing to kick him. This and a few other issues have made it very diffcult for our team to into plat 5s elo. Then, my adc and owner just told me that he's getting burnt out on the game, and that I should consider finding a new team. I'm a really good support, and my current team may be keeping me from making $ off of league. So, I'm looking for a team to look at my achievements, and give me a few weeks on their team if they like me. IF you guys play at a high elo level of play, you'll notice very quickly my motivation to improve, and help our team climb high in the elo ladder.
