Plat 4 LF Duo Gold 1 or Plat also LF Team Flex

Hey Guys, well i just recently moved to NA from LAN server to improve my style of play, i might be plat 4 but i still need to improve my CS and tf Positioning as well play as team , i´m trying to make new friends that are active and would like to play rankeds,normals or flex honestly is better to play with someone than play alone , i have like 30 friends but no one of them talk or even inv hahah or accept my inv to play lol , im pretty friendly , and competitive and would like to improve my style of play.

P.S, Looking for people that are not toxic and just would like to get better and play to climb !
